We had to leave at 10:00pm to find another hotel with luggage and children in tow. Our flight was at 4.
Second night we get in bed and suddenly realize there are BEDBUGS crawling all over us.
Of course, we got no sleep because my wife developed viral meningitis from a bedbug that bit her on the back of her neck.

For the price of a hotel I thought this place was trash. It really does the bare minimum of a hotel except for the dinner social on wednesdays which is ok. Aside from that it's internet is atrocious, constantly kicks you off, I couldn't even load The Facebook homepage half the time. It's also a black hole for Verizon customers so you will not be skyping well if you are separated from your family. The A/C is extremely outdated. One night it will work enough to suffice, the next night it's a sauna, and this place gets hot during the summer. There's a huge flock of birds outside in the trees that will leave your car completely covered in their feces if you leave it under the tree overnight. It's disgusting. If you have the option I recommend going elsewhere.
Absolutely TERRIBLE. Stayed for two nights before our PCS. First night we got in late with our kids and immediately went to sleep.
Not even lying, the worst hotel experience I've ever had. They didn't even credit us the room or offer to pay for our stay at the other hotel.
This place is horrible. DO NOT being any devices or systems there. Also anything special of value. The staff, (I hate to say this for everyone because this may not apply, but since our case was inconclusive and we don't know who exactly I left It general) are a bunch of thieves. Let me just say I am not one to ever review a place harshly but I will share my experience to prevent someone else from being hurt the way we were. My husband was there for training and we took our only device system one I had saved up for a while to buy him for his birthday. We used it for everything even our little daughters t.v. shows. I left to go handle business and my husband was in the field. The ONLY people with access to the room was IHG staff and ourselves. Long story short when we returned our device was missing and the hotel seemed very uncaring. They did NO personal investigation they pushed us off the police. We did file a claim and with how things were handled we wanted to press charges. I'm In the end we lost and item which happens I get it but to have a staff with no morals or dignity and that it there whole motto is customer service and etc. Wow I am very shocked. Hope this helps anyone in the future.
Extended stay here has been a nice experienc, staff is great.
