I'm waiting for my checked out dvd's. She (staff lady) acts like she didn't know about the dvd's. Then hands them to me saying,well you should've told me about them. "I told you." I said. Then she argued with me saying that I never told her about the dvd's only to find that I was being made to look bad by repeating myself in front of her and another staff lady who vouches for the staff lady that was giving me such a hard time had made a judgemental comment directed towards me,"Oh my goodness." (She remarked).Then it seemed really funny that it was a set up and I did not deserve to be treated this way. Out of all the many libraries I've been to around the world I've never had this problem in dealing with such unprofessionally rude behaviour coming from staff members of the NYE Fort Sill library in Lawton Oklahoma. This is the first time I've had to put up with something like this. Not even the Commissary or PX employees or MP's are this rude. Everyone else by far has been very kind to me and very informative in any other way that seems possible and fair enough in my book. I don't think anyone as a patron should have to endure this type of thing especially over at any library. I have not been loud or rude toward anyone, so far as I know I'm a rule abiding American hard working citizen and I'm not being rude in asking too much as far as being treated fairly with respect and dignity. It is unhealthy for the library staff members to be personally treating patrons in this manner in a way that is unfair and disrespectful. If staff employees seem to have a problem at home, please...from a patron to a library staff member, consider keeping your problems at home and not letting it seep into your work environment by putting it out on others. Take a day off. Seek help from a professional psychologist or counselor. Don't rely on friends for help in your problems.

I have had a bad experience at this library due to rude behaviour by a couple of female staff members to which I do not understand why they harassed me in a manner that was unfair and disrespectful to me as a patron. I am up to par with their policies, haven't been rude to anyone or as far as I know I have not destroyed any books or property that I've borrowed. I have never returned books (or anything that I've borrowed) late and I have returned them in excellent condition. And I've been treated unprofessionally unfair by a couple of the female staff members for no reason at all,by the staff members not being able to provide me full acurate information about anything at all. Where to post a flier? Rude female staff member just points down the hallway and tells me," It's down there,you could just post it down there!" Instead of showing me by physically walking out from the desk area and showing me exactly where the billboard is. Which entrance to go through to receive my checked out dvd's while leaving the library? Instead of verbally telling me kindly to go through the EXIT and handing me my already checked out dvd's, I get a rude gesture from another female staff member demanding me with her finger to go all the way around through the security ENTRANCE (only) to recieve my dvd's. I explained to her that's the ENTRANCE, not the EXIT, I asked staff lady if she was sure if I EXIT OUT through the security ENTRANCE to receive the dvd's. Female staff lady rudely directs the same pointing methods she used the first time AGAIN to rudely gesture for me to exit out through the security ENTRANCE and come back around to tell me that she's been working here for years and that she knows what she's doing. So me following her rude gestural behaviour i went out through the ENTRANCE to exit like she demanded me to do with her finger and I came back around to expect to receive my already checked out dvd's. I did not recieve them as she(the staff lady) told me, "Aha! Now have a nice day!" While she (staff lady) turned around and walked away having me wait patiently right there for her to come back around and ask me, "Is there anything I can do for you?" (with an irritated look on her face).
